Perfect location for hikes

The location was very convenient for getting to local hiking trails. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and was very clean. We enjoyed it very much!

Enjoyed our stay in Sedona! The home was clean and had everything you could need or think of. It was close to some good hikes including devils bridge and oak creek park. Great restaurants and brewery nearby. Enjoyed being outside the bustle and traffic of uptown.

This is the perfect place located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a wonderful home base for Sedona adventures. It is close to all that the town of Sedona has to offer and Red Rock State Park is just a few miles away. Highly recommend!

My wife and I needed a few days to escape the Valley heat and this property was an outstanding choice. Sunny Sedona Stay

The guest house was great! Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The perfect place to return to after a full day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was really quiet, just as advertised. Communication with Theresa and Pete was very good, prior to and during the visit. We plan to stay there again the next time we visit Sedona!

We enjoyed a two night stay in Sedona at Theresa’s guesthouse! Clean, well built and decorated and had all the comforts of home. Very responsive hosts and available via text if we needed anything. Could see the stars of the Sedona skies right from the patio. Highly recommend!

Great Sedona stop

We spent the weekend here and could not have been more pleased. Check in/out was super easy, the location was great (thunder mountain was just around the corner for a close hike), plenty of shopping and food options as well. The home was exactly as stated, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.
