Check in was extremely easy. All of the staff is beyond courteous. They cannot do enough for you. The property is absolutely stunning to get up and watch the sunrise was spectacular with the beautiful rock formations. It was amazing and the setting was wonderful. The service was excellent especially the golf cart rides to town any time you want it. The setting near a stream was absolutely amazing.

Cliffs (old orchard hotel) has really thin walls and ceilings - listened to the people above us walk around all night and housekeeping vacuum at 9am. They said they left chocolates for us in the room but there wasn’t any (we let them know and they assured us it was there) Don’t say you left something for us but didn’t, it’s just weird… Hot tub was broken. Fitness room was subpar. We stayed at this same hotel before the remodel/rebrand and it was 1/3 of the cost then. Did not feel it was worth the 3x price. Location and view were the best perks
