We stay at the Seaside Guesthouse every year. The property is well maintained and is like a home away from home. The location has great parking and is a short drive to downtown Monterey activities. We always enjoy ourselves.

We loved our stay at this charming property. Cecelia, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating. We were towing a 12-foot motorcycle trailer. She has plenty of parking and even let us park our bikes in her garage. This adorable place is well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House

What a great place to stay while visiting Monterey. The house was extremely clean and located close to so many great outdoor activities. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating during our visit. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed for a few days. The property is located a few miles from almost anything you'd like to do in the area. The kitchen is especially appreciated on multi-day stays!

This VRBO was hands down one of my favorites in Monterey with the affordability and comfortability! Cecelia was nice enough to offer extra amenities to go visit places around the area on discount. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Retreat with Thoughtful Touches

We stayed in this Seaside rental house and it was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and felt like a cozy home away from home. The owner was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from extra towels and blankets to sunscreen, coffee pods, and shampoo, Those nice touches truly made it an excellent experience! Highly recommend!!

Picturesque Seaside House

This cute gem of a house was perfect! From its beautiful architecture to details such as comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, bathroom sundries, and connectivity, it’s clear a lot of thought went into making this rental into a home away from home. Best Seaside Vacation Spot

You cannot go wrong with this Seaside location. It is close enough to everything but in a relaxing well cared for location. Biking, farmers market, restaurants, pinball, Monarch butterflies, etc. The owner is dedicated to the property and makes sure everything is taken care of. We come back time and time again.

This was a great spot for our family. Tucked in a quiet residential area but close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this location year after year. Sometimes multiple times in the year. It NEVER disappoints. The onsite parking is great, distance to activities (racing, cycling, food, soccer, pinball, ocean, etc) is very convenient and the set up of the rental always has everything we need. The owner takes excellent care of the unit and we find new improvements every time we are visit. We will continue to book this location for our Monterey Bay stays!!!!

4 nights In Monterey

This was our last chapter on our California road trip, going to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and camping in Yosemite. Cecelia’s guesthouse was so welcoming, it had everything we needed, parking, clean beds, lovely garden, great washer and dryer which we really needed after camping, and in the right position for everywhere. We loved the area, did a whale watch, ate clam chowder in sourdough which was to die for. We would easily recommend the guesthouse to anyone visiting Monterey.

Great Stay, Great Host!

We have been staying at this guest house for years and we are never disappointed. The location has great onsite parking and is centrally located for all of our favorite Monterey area activities: bicycling, farmers market, seeing the coast line, pinball and of course good food. The host is awesome and really cares about your stay. Instructions for staying at the guest house are clear and reasonable. She is easy to contact for questions about check-in and sometimes stops by to chat and see how things are going. We will be back again and again.

Seaside Gem

We stay at this guest house at least yearly and it never disappoints. The host is very thoughtful and has made sure everything is available for your stay. The Keurig coffee machine even has a “shot” size that is perfect for a packet of instant oatmeal. The location is quiet with great onsite parking and is centrally located so it’s easy to get to any of the Monterey Bay area attractions. Seaside has grown and there are excellent restaurants and brewery in town.

Gem in Seaside

Cecelia is an outstanding host. The guest house was perfect for the two of us with everything in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining area, and even a patio area were well stocked with supplies. We felt comfortable in a quiet neighborhood using offstreet parking as our vacation home base. 13 minutes to Laguna Seca, our weekend destination. Much Mahalo!

Very comfortable, great location, everything you need is there.

One of our most comfortable VRBO stays. All our needs were met. The host really has thought of everything. There was nothing we could’ve wanted. The scale of the guest house is great for 2 to 4 people. The two queen size beds in the loft were very comfortable. The kitchen though small, was equipped with everything. All towels, utensils, and other supplies are intuitively where you would expect to find them. Parking was a breeze. When my son and I were describing the guest houseto other people, we kept on coming back to the word comfortable. This guest house is comfortable.The outdoor seating area with table and umbrella, and small propane grill is a nice feature. The landscaping is nice too.I have family in Monterey and this is a great location. Close enough, but not too close. Convenient to all sorts of shopping you would want.We will be back again.
