The room was very clean, the bathroom could use a deep cleaning, the door was dirty and there seemed to be mold on the ceiling and top of the edge of tile. The out side was super clean, but you pay The price for it, the day we arrived we tried to relax for a bit around 3:30pm, well the owner/manager decided to clean the outside of every rooms AC with something that looked and sounds like a handheld sander, then early in the morning the housekeeper, was make so much noise get her supplies from the storage right next to our room. Then around 9:30AM the owner started his leaf blower… mind you, there are NO trees so there are NO leaves, but he was blowing the dust from in front of everyone room and the parking lot. And there was this strong smell of either food something right outside the door, it was very overwhelming.

Lovely Place to Stay Close to Monterey

The people are very kind and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to everything we needed and room had a microwave and mini fridge which helped a lot having 4 kids. I will be happy to stay here again.
