"We initially had problems with the internet...calls were dropping and unable to open up some programs from our laptop. I did reach out to the host and they helped me to locate the router. After rebooting the router, the problems fixed themselves."

"Kaiya is a stunning property right on 30A! Our condo (#202) was absolutely immaculate—spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were friendly, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. Free golf cart transportation made it effortless to reach the private beach, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its breathtaking ocean views—perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. Highly recommend Kaiya for anyone visiting 30A!"

"Great location! Close to everything and walkway to beach just steps from back door! Very easy to check in! Only issue was, it could have been cleaner! There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the furniture covers were pretty stained up! The bed is quite uncomfortable also, (caves in to the middle). It’s a great place and would definitely come back if it had a good cleaning and new bed!"

"Perfect location on 30A! Family with 3 teens and plenty of room! We are used to buying supplies for a condo and this one had everything from extra blankets, boogie board, shovels & pails, reading books, laundry detergent, coffee & much more! The condo is right on the beach, only 8 units in each building making the elevator very fast! Walk right out to private beach with complimentary beach setup & we were able to add more chair setups for reasonable price. 2 bathrooms are updated with beautiful walkin showers. Entire condo decorated very well & comfy furniture. The only con we had about the condo is the dryer seemed to be on its last leg. We had to dry loads 3 cycles at times to get dry. But that did not take away from the 5 stars I gave! We will be back for sure!"

"Location was absolutely perfect!! Property was very clean and nicely decorated! Our only complaint is that the king bed was terribly squeaky like when you just sit on the bed or get up on the morning. I believe it’s supported by a piece of plywood.. hopefully the owner fixes that issue! We indeed plan to go back."
