Welcome to ClaroMar, your family's retreat located just off the scenic Hwy 30A. With Coastal Florida charm, ClaroMar is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by sego palms and sea pines. Kick back by the private heated pool ( additional $35 per night fee for heat) and enjoy the respite you desperately need!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath has been recently refreshed and comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a beautiful open floor plan. Gorgeous flooring pours throughout the house generating the perfect balance of beauty and warmth for your holiday getaway. The fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, countertop seating, and stainless steel appliances are a cook's dream. Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with a 55” flat screen TV, cozy furnishings and whole house audio system.

Just a 5 minute stroll will take you to the private beach access at the end of the street, where you will find the sugar white sand and the emerald water of the gulf coast . Located less than one mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Watersound, ClaroMar puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Hub, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques and more! Or if you prefer to spend a quiet evening cooking at home you can do so in the peaceful confines of the surrounding pines with ample outdoor seating!

Parking is available for approx. 4 vehicles in the driveway of the home.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play, which made the trip even better. We felt right at home, enjoyed every minute, and we can’t wait to come back. Great family spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought our family, along with a few of our children’s friends, and it was the perfect size! The pool was great (and heated). We will definitely be back!

The best vacation

This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

Another Great Vacation

This was our second time staying in this home and we loved it just as much as our first visit. The cleaners do a fantastic job as the house was just spotless. The location is perfect and the layout of the home works great for a family. The backyard is just perfect. Can't wait to visit again.

Inlet beach

My compliments to our Property Manager Bob. Thank you for your quick responses when I reached out. It would be a nice touch to have access to beach chairs. Otherwise access to the beach was great. Loved the location. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. House is well stocked in the kitchen. Neighbors who live there very nice and thoughtful.

Great rental

Wonderful location close to the beach. Much closer to Pier Park then we initialized realized with a ton of good dining options close by if you don’t want to go to far. The pool was wonderful and the back yard is enormous. Will definitely try to rent here again.

Awesome house, perfect location

Very clean, very comfortable, and very easy walk to the beach! We loved our stay here. The pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed to cook. It was the little details, like having toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, that really made things easy. Will be back!!

Lovely home

Great house

We made a last minute decision to spend a week at 30a and chose this house because of the pool and access to a private beach. We used the pool everyday to relax and cool off - it’s small but perfect for a quick dip. The neighborhood was quiet and the one story house was perfect for our group of 5 and our goldendoodle.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay! It was during the busy season, but never felt like it since the house is in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean and the house has everything you would need to cook. We hope to be back in the near future!

Beautiful Beach

First time vacationing on 30A, we’ve stayed in the Destin/Miramar area multiple times. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. We enjoyed staying at the home and it was spacious enough for our group of 7. Also a plus was being only 2 miles from Publix. Our restaurant recommendation would be The Bay!

Perfect getaway!

We loved the house. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. We loved having a pool. That was a real luxury we enjoyed thoroughly. The only issue we had were the ants in the back yard. They were every where. Other than that we loved and hope to rebook again!! Thank you for everything!

The Ideal Home on 30A

The house was nearly perfect for our and our pets' stay. It was comfortable inside and out. It was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and hanging out at home. Long walks up and down Clareon and Seacrest Drives convinced us that they're two of quietest, prettiest, least-populated areas along the whole 30A route. In addition, the beach and great shops were easily within walking distance. Bob, our terrific host, was very responsive to questions and needs around the house. We highly recommend this home in White's Gulfview, Seacrest, FL.

New years getaway

Our family of three (and our dog!) took some much needed time for R&R over the holidays. We enjoyed our stay, taking advantage of the peaceful backyard and heated pool. Overall the house had everything we needed, and is in close proximity to good restaurants and the beach for some great sunsets! If going to this area soon, would be mindful that there is bridge repair going on along 30a, so access to seaside, blue mountain, Grayton, etc. takes longer. It was great to have our allergy friendly dog with us, but the downside is that the house did cause allergies to flair up, thinking due to pets who may have stayed previously. Would be mindful of this if you have family members with allergies. Appreciated great communication with the owner, and look forward to our next visit to the area- a great place to make memories!

A Gem on 30A

The home was nicely appointed for our 4 week stay in the peak of summer. The home feels spacious and the beds are comfy. Storage is plentiful; particularly, the master bedroom closet is huge! I was also pleased that the washer, dryer, and gas range were quality appliances. The location is quiet and convenient. Although the beach is not a far walk, it feels farther when it’s humid and your 6 year old is whinging. So we did end up renting a golf cart to be able to make spontaneous and quick trips to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning, the water is generally clear and the sand always powdery. This sand is made for sand castles! We spent many days going to the beach in the morning, heading back home for lunch and pool, then returning to the beach around sunset to take in cooler temperatures and peaceful views. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Wonderful location, wonderful home on a quiet street.

Wonderful location, wonderful home on a quiet street. Beautiful private access beach that wasn’t overcrowded even during peak season. Heated pool was fabulous! We’ll definitely be back!
