"Overall a great hotel for travellers"

"The staff were welcoming when we arrived and allowed is to leave our cases before checking time. The room was clean and had complimentary water and biscuits on arrival. We received free drinks voucher to use in the bar as we booked direct. The breakfast had a good selection of cooked and continental and also a fresh omelette making station which was delicious. Close to underground and bus routes. Would definitely stay again"

"The room was very clean, and the staff helpful. It was good to have water and snack cookies provided, and one staff member was very good about storing an item in the bar fridge for me. The elevator was very small and felt a bit tenuous at times. The room was large, though, and the bathroom too. The staff seemed to be worked a lot, perhaps working at the hotel across the street as well?"

"Great value mid-tier hotel in Kensington area of central London. Had a clean, spacious room; bit of road noise but to be expected in London. Really helpful front of house staff and good value buffet breakfast. Convenient for Hyde Park, the museums, and Knightsbridge (Harrods). Underground station a few minutes walk away too. Would stay again if looking for this part of the city."

"I have a lovely experience at the Radisson Blu in South Kensington. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning is lovely, and the room itself, though a bit small, is very clean and updated. The location cannot be bit as you are in a beautiful, desirable neighborhood and within walking or tube distance to everything that you would want to see including Windsor Palace, and also many markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and location."

"A little dated in style, but don’t let that put you off. Rooms were very clean and provided all you needed. Bathroom again dated and a little snug, but very clean. Has a bar but didn’t use and the breakfast area, becomes an Indian restaurant in the eve. Again didn’t try."

"I am a regular visitor to this hotel and every time I have been here has been an excellent service and experience, however on this stay, I felt the room we stayed in was very tired, in need of some upgrades. I was disappointed with the hairdryer not working. The water leaked through the shower door, all over the floor. I dried this up, but overall the room was not up to good standard and disappointed overall. I have booked this hotel for a few more visits this year and have also recommended it to my friends. I hope the rooms booked in the next coming months are good/excellent standard."
