"The staff is super helpful and nice. We made friends with some of the bartenders at Sessions restaurant on the second floor as we were in there nightly to use our 20 dollar a night credit. We had our room cleaned every other day and they did a very nice job and even cleaned the toilet each time. The loacation is perfect and within walking distance of Rokefeller Center and Times Square and also some bars and restaurants with a 24/hr market next door! I would highly recommend staying here and i would return again if im ever back in NYC!"
"Always a pleasure to stay at the Paramount, my home away from home. Even in the middle of Thanksgiving craziness outside, the hotel was a quiet and clean getaway. The staff are always ready to help - and in my case - offer a nice little upgrade."
