"check in took over 20 mins, waiting for the staff to show us our room. There was no cable, no heated floora as advertised, not enough towells and the restaurant closes at 530pm. On top of that, when we tried to leave the property, we had to call several times and around 30 mins until finally someone came to open. Worst experience and service ever. Have never experienced something like this."

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
