"La propiedad está al lado de un centro comercial lo que le hace muy bulliciosa y si pides cambio de habitación te ofrecen hacerlo pero te advierten que la calle es más bulliciosa aun. La piscina no estaba disponible y no nos avisaron eso en el check in. Tuvimso que quejarnos para que nos dejen usarla 1 día. Era feriado de semana santa y entiendo que la tarifa suba pero unos conocidos en Cuenca me hicieron saber que "nos cobraron como a extranjeros" osea no sentí que el costo beneficio de un hotel de ese valor lo valió para nada."

This is a relatively new building with security. It is located in an active area where there are new buildings among older buildings and businesses. "The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca"
