Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. "The hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful The rom was fine for somewhere to use as a base otherwise very basic. There was rubbish dow the side of the one chair and a hole in the carpet by the side of the one bed. It was reported to the member of staff on duty and he was very obliging and happy that these things had been brought up. The breakfast was fine though I wouldn't have called it continental. Cereal, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, toast and apples. May have been more fruit...

"Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "
