"PLEASE DON'T EVER STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VACATION. YOUR PIECE, YOUR HAPPINESS, PLEASE.PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. THE STAFF IS COMPLETELY MISERABLE. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE UP A STEEP INCLINE. YOU CANNOT PARK YOUR CAR IF YOU RENT A CAR. BUY YOUR ROOM, YOU HAVE TO WALK APP OR DOWN A VERY, VERY STEEP, INCLINE, TO GET ANYWHERE, THAT YOU WANNA GO. THEY PRETEND THAT THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE, WHICH IS LIKE A LITTLE BUS. THAT IS A CRAP LIE. THE GUY THAT TAKES YOU TO WHERE YOU WANNA GO IS ONLY OPEN DURING CONVENIENT HOURS AND THE TIME THAT WE NEEDED HIM WHEN WE WERE AT THE VERY BOTTOM TOWARDS THE BEACH, HIS CAR HAPPENED TO BREAK DOWN AND WE HAVE WE 'RE NOT NOTIFIED. WE ASKED ANOTHER DRIVER, BUT IT WAS SINCE IT WAS THE SISTER PROPERTY, THEY WOULD NOT TAKE US. WE HAD TO WALK UP THE ENTIRE WAY, AND OF COURSE THERE'S NO PHONES IN THE ROOM. THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM. IT'S COSTA RICA. THIS IS WHERE COFFEE IS MADE GROWN. EVERYTHING THERE SHOULD BE COFFEE IN THE ROOM. THE PLACE IS SO CUTE SO MUCH POTENTIAL. BUT WITH THE HORRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE AMENITIES, WE TRY TO GET ARE ALL INCLUSIVE DINNER. IT WAS ONE RESTAURANT THEY SERVED US RICE AND BEANS WITH HOT. DOGS AS THE MAIN DISH.WHERE WAS MY PROTEIN? I PAID ENOUGH FOR THIS PLACE THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF SOMETHING. "We have just finished a week's vacation at the hotel. It should be noted that the property is very beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea, but there are a few minuses that are important to note. The hotel is built of several parts on different levels and it is very inconvenient to walk from the rooms to the pool and restaurants. Yes, there is a golf cart shuttle service, but you have to call to reserve. We were there during a period when the weather was very hot, very humid, in the restaurant that functions as a dining room, the air conditioning is almost not noticeable, so it is unpleasant to eat there, the kitchen is not run efficiently, the dishes are delayed much longer than normal. Although the hotel is very, very expensive, the spa is not included in the price, using the sauna costs a hundred dollars per person per day, simply outrageous. There are no umbrellas in the pools and it is difficult to avoid the strong sun."

"Very nice resort! Beautiful views, great food, good drinks! The beach was are favorite part. Only negative thing I can say is the towel service. Everyday we would go out and come back in the afternoon to shower and get ready for dinner. Are room would be clean, but we would have no towels to shower with. We would call the front for towels everyday sometimes twice. And we would be told they be there in 5min but was more like an hr or more before they would arrive. They should really replace the towels at the same time the room is cleaned. Either than that we had a great trip and would definitely return in the future."

"Por un priblema general de la zona no había electricidad. El problema es que ellos tampoco tenían agua. El arreglo era invierto por lo que imposible quedarse en un lugar donde no había agua por un problema de ellos. La idea de balcón estaba bien, pero da directo a la calle y habia mucho ruido de la gente y motos en el super mercado. Y el balcón tenía un olor desagradable entre viejo y sucio. El apartamento parecía bien equipado y el baño amplio. Pero no pudimos hacer uso de nada pir el problema del agua y electricidad. Nos fuimos a otro hoapedaje donde sabíamos que no había luz pero al menos sí agua."

"This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel, and I have to say, it completely changed my perspective on travel. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved the experience. Unlike larger resorts, there were no overwhelming crowds, which made the stay feel much more private, relaxing, and personal. The property itself is beautiful. The iguanas were everywhere and added so much character to the resort! The beach was gorgeous, and we were lucky enough to enjoy some truly spectacular sunsets though it was rainy season. The food exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was incredible every morning, and dinner was always something to look forward to because there was a different theme each night. My favorite was the Costa Rican and Italian themed dinners, which were absolutely delicious and gave us a chance to experience local flavors. One of the highlights of our stay was Alberto, one of the saloneros (waiters). He was friendly, attentive, hospitable, and genuinely made us feel welcome every day. His service stood out and truly elevated our experience. He was a shining example of hospitality and, honestly, provided a much warmer and more memorable experience than the receptionist lady. We booked a room with a balcony, which was nice, but we ended up spending most of our time at the pool and beach. The swim-up bar was fantastic and became one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."
