Our room was nice and spacious but lacking the basics such as cups/mugs, face towels, and bath mats. We had to frequently request for these items. The place is so very charming and the staff are amazing!! However the lack of food options (with no snacks in between meals, especially for young children) was a big problem. They also ran out of alcohol and had no dessert for 2 nights. If they improve on a few things, I would definitely consider returning!

The hotel has a great view, It's clean, but there is no internet service only in the lobby area at the top of the hill. The rooms are very vintage. There is not evening entertainment, shows or anything to do. The kids play area doesn't work. If you book tours you have things to do through out the day other then that, theres nothing to do.

Property supposed to be super bt maintained badly. Most of the rides for kids were not functional. They have some wonderful staff and pools. There was no wifi in the rooms by the common area has. That was actually good as we could stay away from our phones little bit. the way the rooms were kept and build was nice. Food was okay bt repetitive so after few times we will tired. Overall it’s an average

Staff was great, rooms were nice but decor a little outdated. Property was clean in main areas, but a lot of trash and old debris next to rooms. We had a lot of ants and bugs in our room. The views were beautiful and a shuttle came every 10 minutes to take you to the beach or check in area.

This resort in steps from the beach. The spa was amazing. Josh and Anna gave us one the best massages ever! I love that there a shuttle that takes you around the resort. The food options are limited but very tasty.

Everything was a dream. I’d say the only thing they could do to improve is change up the food. We were served the same thing everyday it was delicious just a switch of food would’ve been nice! Other than that everything was perfect!

Room was very clean. Staff in the 1 restaurant that was on site were amazing. Very run down resort!! We arrived on Sunday and asked daily to get HOT water in our shower by Thursday night we finally had warm water. Shower towels finally got switched out Thursday during cleaning. Pool towels were thread worn out. Strings hanging from them. If you want no frills in an all inclusive this would be it. Outside showers by the beach had zero water to them. Patio furniture, chase lounges looked like you were going to fall thru them and very few of them! Would not recommend at all!!

Our stay at Condovac was very nice for the most part. First off, the staff was very kind and helpful with everything. From the reception to food service and hotel cleanliness, the staff was the best. Maybe due to it being low season, there were just a few things we would have like to have seen more of around the resort itself, like more food choices and activities, especially for kids, but for us the vacation was about relaxing with family and we were able to do just that. Thank you for your hospitality.
