Great location on walkable area with restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated with lots of charm. Only negative was that room felt warm despite reading on thermostat. I was able to get a fan from downstairs to make it more comfortable but it was odd that hallways in the property were considerably colder than inside the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service requests were answered by text. That did not make it more convenient, because after I phoned in a request for an iron, before I left, I still had to request an iron when I got there. Also the elevator was out of service or maybe there was no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor after a long and exhausting flight. Food is excellent. Overall it was a great stay.

Great historical property. Rooms were beautiful and well maintained. Instructions were east to follow. The property kept me updated before, during, and after my visit. The location is in a prime spot to walk to restaurants and the little beach at the end of the road.

We were only there for an overnight stay, but it was wonderful! Perfect, comfortable room & amenities. Loved the location. Cute little neighborhood with shopping & restaurants all in walking distance. We ended our evening with a walk out on the pier. Hope to go back soon!!

This was a cute room in a great location. Pros: private, comfortable bed, large room, cute decor. Cons: Musty smell, no fan, no ability to put the AC under 72, no warning that we would be on the third floor with a non-working elevator, no onsite staff, minimal cleaning (new towels & garbage removal only). No coffee or ice machine. Plus you have to walk in and out through a literal bar. I will still probably go back, but arrange to have a fan and make sure I wasn’t on the third floor. But the lack of onsite staff is discouraging tbh.

This is a really cute boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Gulfport. Walkable to everywhere. Staff from bar and restaurant were super friendly. Keep in mind that there are no amenities at all. While the coffee station on the second floor is a good try they really just need to have small single cup coffee makers in all the rooms. When you stay in a hotel you should be able to make coffee in your room and not have to go to another floor then carry it up to your room with no elevator. It is a historic and beautiful property and the rooms are super cute. With this being said though the AC cannot go any lowerv than 72 and in the heat of the day the room was at 75.

We had a great stay! The location has lots to do nearby, and the room/restaurant below was great. Lots of complementary snacks and drinks, and the no-nonsense check-in/check-out was appreciated as well. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.
