Absolutely loved the hospitality at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel cozy and comfortable. Room was spacious, breakfast each morning was delicious, fire pit on the rooftop was inviting, pizza from the bar was wonderful. Good location with dining and shopping all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and nice amenities including breakfast soup as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is quite limited but there are outdoor parking nearby at very low price.

My mum and I stayed at Unwind Hotel for 6 nights. It is a small hotel and the setting is cozy. Very conveniently located with variety of eateries and near to Odori Park and all within walking distance. The team here are English speaking and they are very polite and helpful. I like this cozy hotel. The family room fit my party of 3 adults well, with sofa and kitchenette, we could chat drink and eat together. Breakfast is special with everyday starts off with a hot soup. The staff have international vibe. They are friendly and helpful, make us feel home outside home. Had a wonderful time staying in this hotel and definitely will pick this again next time.

My husband and I really liked Unwind Hotel and Bar Sapporo. It has a woodsy cabin-like vibe to it. We got the room with a king-sized bed and still had plenty of space. Daily breakfast of soup and bread was delivered to our door. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and their English was good. Communication was not a problem. No on-site washer/dryer but they do offer laundry service for a fee. On the top floor, is a cozy bar, which we liked. There is also a rooftop area for open air seating. For the reasonable rate and the size and comfort of the room, I would absolutely stay there again.
