2泊しました。希望どおりの上階のお部屋にしてくださって、土田様ありがとうございます。角部屋で景色もよく感動しました。 だけど、１つだけ、残念な事がありました。 私はいつも旅行の時、連泊するのです。ゆっくりできますし、温泉もたくさん入れるからです。 連泊の掃除はいらない。タオルやアメニティーグッズは下さい。といいましたが、部屋に勝手に入る事は聞いてません。 しかし、2日目、出かけて帰ってきたら、 勝手に部屋に入って、タオルは浴室に、カップやコーヒーは机の上。水は冷蔵庫の中に、入ってました。 そんな事があっていいのですか？ で、遠くにいた従業員に聞いたところ、ドアノブに、入らないでください。ってフダがかかってなかったから入った。と言ってました。 いろんな所のホテルに連泊してますが、こんな事初めてで怒りがあふれました。 他のホテルは、ドア前のところにタオルなど置いておいてくれています。 掃除もしないのに、部屋に勝手に入ってもいいんですか？ マニュアルを見直すべきです。 掃除しないなら、わざわざなぜ、部屋に勝手に入るのですか？ 理由をきかせてください。 とても不愉快でした。 そんな事、チェックインの時、聞いてませんし、他のすべてのホテルでは、連泊時、掃除なしでは部屋には入らないものです。

かつてはプリンスホテルで高級感があったが、年月を経て老朽化は否めない。 しかし、日ハムのボールパークがオープンし、このホテルを利用する顧客も増えていると思うし、天然温泉は地元民にも愛されているのを感じる。ゴルフコースも併設されており自然豊かで静か。

Comfortable resort in the hills with hot springs

Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views. Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am... Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to pop out unless you have your own car. Better book the full meals plan.

Have to return when there’s more to do.

The hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately the snow park was closed early and I wasn’t able to participate in any activities. But I loved the onsen. I went to it every day. I wanted to use the gym, too but it seemed you had to pay, which confused me because I thought it would be free for guests. I had a wonderful experience none the less

適合來學滑雪

住宿這間飯店至少有三次，旁邊有小小滑雪場，適合帶小孩來學滑雪，這次帶大人滑雪也能輕鬆學會～溫泉超棒⋯滑雪完泡湯～還有半露天的温泉池⋯飄雪時氣氛超讚⋯入住時飯店招待了15個美味濃醇的布丁⋯外加一人一個口罩（太感謝）服務沒話說❤️

家族に快適

大人三人で利用しました。 館内の自販機や売店はコンビニよりリーズナブルで、23時迄営業しているので助かりました。 温泉もとても気持ちよく、サウナも２ヶ所あり、大変良かったです。 部屋のトイレと洗面所が別になっていて使いやすく、快適でした。部屋は暖かく、気温調節に窓を開けたほどでした。 市街地から少し外れますが、ロケーションが素晴らしいので最上階の朝食は最高でした。

急遽一人旅を計画し宿泊しました。直前だったためかダブル(ベッドはキングサイズ？)の部屋でとても広く高層階で景色も良かったです。 温泉まではそのぶん距離がありましたが、総じて快適でした。

雪景美但飯店老舊，櫃檯人員服務一般，除了溫泉所有設施皆需收費，地處偏僻除飯店內之外皆無商店/景點可逛

整體來說就一般，飯店設備及房內裝潢都十分老舊，chenk in的人員的整體態度有改善空間，溫泉設備一般，但是團客多所以稍嫌擁擠，冬天如果不玩雪那我不建議，因為你會是在山上所以沒有任何設施或景點，不過所謂的滑雪就是一些簡易的設施而已，而且要收費。 令人比較訝異的部分是，此渡假飯店除了溫泉外所有設施都需要收費，而且設備又很簡易且老舊。 不過餐廳人員服務良好，唯一令人感到正常的地方。
