The hotel is in a very accessible area with very helpful staff. The breakfast quality was good even though the variety was not quite as widespread as some other hotels— though it was definitely sufficient. Mainly western style breakfast. The bathroom size was decent for a city hotel in Japan. I didn’t feel like I was touching the toilet or sink at every turn as I sometimes feel in the tiny Tokyo hotel bathrooms. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel given the price.

Great property. Clean, well maintained, great service, conveniently located. The only issue I experienced is the wait for an elevator. It can be 10 to 15 minutes long, depending on the time of day. I have no issues with taking the stairs, however, when I asked the staff for it, they pointed to the elevator as the only wait out, which to me seems strange.

Staff assisted parking, 1500 yen for the whole day parking (unlimited in and out). Clean and comfortable room. Water, teabags, towels will be refilled everyday (placed outside your room) even you didn’t request, which is considerate. We had a pleasant time staying in this hotel!

A fantastic hotel very close to Sapporo station and multiple convenience stores for your needs. Very clean, modern, polite and friendly staff that make your stay nice and comfortable. The bath areas are a nice touch, hopefully in future the tattoo policy in bathing area is revised, its 2025 and lots of tourists have tattoos. Helpful having a washer/drier, but it would be really great if they could get a few more machines as there is only one in the mens and one in the womens, at times there was a queue of 3 people wanting to use the machine and a wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours (also leaves the clothes damp so be prepared to hang them after in your room) Rooms are fairly compact as usual in japanese hotels. I wasnt able to figure out a way to stream to the tv in the room or use netflix, but not a big problem.
