Great hotel in Sapporo with a spacious, clean room and a very convenient location that made getting around the city easy. The offsite parking facility was very convenient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.
Room was clean, beds were very comfortable-even the pillows and duvets. Near konbinis and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, pajamas provided, public onsen. I would stay here again
I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the Japanese style bath and shower room, the excellent breakfast, and the amenities provided. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers for its comfort and convenience and excellence.
Nice comfortable place to stay in heart of Sapporo
Nice comfortable stay here! It’s close to loads of bars and restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The staff were lovely and we had a very comfortable stay! Thank you so much for having us!
Best sleep we had on our trip! The room was super spacious and the separate bath and toilet was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having enough space to plant two big suitcases down and still stretch and walk around was fantastic. Great location and staff too. Cute stamp in the lobby
The hotel overall is pretty good and the breakfast is delicious and many options. The room quality is very good and clean. Would like to stay again next time.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Wing International Sapporo Susukino. It was clean, a good value for the price, and the staff were kind and helpful. If you're only in town for one night, the location is hard to beat - very walkable area close to Ramen Alley and Nijo Market. The breakfast was pretty lackluster - with fewer options than the other hotels on our trip, but other than that, it was a good experience!
We are used to small rooms in Japan, but this was too small. We only took 1 piece of luggage and that was too much! Ok, so the room was small but everything else was superb. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Many “from Hokkaido” options that varied each day and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you with of this delicious food. Lastly, Susukino is somewhat of a red-light district, but it’s Japan, so we still felt very safe, just a bit sad.
Excellent hotel, bigger rooms and bathroom than the usual business hotels. Cleaning if you stay 4 nights, I stayed 3 nights so only got towels on the door for 3 days. Very clean. Friendly staff. Maybe a 7 minute walk from Cocono susikino station. Overall would stay again.
Hotel is right outside the heart of Susukino, a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the Susukino subway station. While there are plenty of hotels a street or two closer to the station, this is plenty close enough.
Staff are very professional, and check in was easy. I booked a room with two twin beds, as that was somehow cheaper than one bed at the time I booked. I don't know if those rooms are bigger, but this room was decent sized for Japan. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed softer than average for Japan (but still firm). The TV is also fairly large, which was nice on one of the days when I relaxed in the hotel for a couple hours in the afternoon.
I greatly enjoyed my stay here, and would gladly book again the next time I visit Sapporo.
Great size rooms, clean and spacious! Good location as we were able to walk from the station.
My only gripe was i had booked two rooms over six months in advance, as we are travelling with teenagers and preferred them to be close to our room. We were given two rooms which couldnt had been further away, on floor 3 and floor 11, nowhere near each other. I enquired and told it was a busy time and that was all that was available. Wouldn't it be standard or common sense to have rooms booked under the same booking and family next to each other?
Thank you.
Breakfast was delicious. The only reason I can't rate this stay very high is the morning we wanted to leave we had to leave for a 6am train and was told the night before we would have to wait til the morning to order a taxi. We were down in the lobby at 5am to request a taxi and then told it would be 30 minutes for a taxi. And then we were not allowed to call a taxi from the street. Long story short. We missed our 6am train, which messed up our itinerary for the rest of the day.
The location was great. Everything my husband and I wanted to see was in walking distance. The hotel staff was exceptional and took very good care of us. They even helped us to extend our stay and told us where to book for an even better rate. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we would need. Lots of yummy places to eat around the hotel too!
