First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach. To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property and the rates "as is", - will come again.

Best Area

It was really good. Room was clean and it was pretty quiet. There was a convenience store really close to the Hotel. And it's also really close to Nakajima Park. The Susukino area is just 5 min away from the hotel so it's much better than booking a hotel in a crowded area.

前は、出かける時、いってらっしゃいませと声かけてくれたが、今回はほとんどのスタッフが全く挨拶無い。 シャワーヘッドに、髪の毛がついていて、トイレの後ろにゴミが落ちていて、掃除はいったいどうなってるの？

どちらかというとラブホテル街のイメージの強い中島公園エリアですが、ここ周辺は閑静で落ち着いており安心できました。 部屋もシングルで使うにはもったいないくらい新しく広々。長期滞在用にキッチンや洗濯機も備えており使いやすいと思います。 少し残念なのは禁煙ルームが続いてるのに隣室から煙草の煙が入り込んで臭いがしてたこと。寝室の扉を閉めて寝ましたが朝まで臭いは抜けませんでした。ホテル側に落ち度はなく、利用する方のモラルが問われますね。

地下鉄中島公園駅からホテルまでのナビ要確認(￣□￣;)!!

初めての利用で夜ホテルに戻る時に迷子になり汗だくになりました。スマホナビ見てたのに…💧ホテルの方は親切丁寧な対応でした。お風呂が独立していて使いやすかったです。キッチンや洗濯機もあってびっくり！長期滞在の方は便利だと思います。ゆかの染み汚れが目立つのが気になり、そこが唯一残念でした。
