I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are just beyond amazing and there are a ton of food options in the immediate area. The room was great with a fantastic view. I will be staying here again on my next trip and I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel itself is in awesome conditions, btu the room they povided me, was obviously a modified corner with a very poorly conditioned shower and bathroom. There were several things that seemd like homemade mods like the curtain railing, the shower and bathroom doors. But the rest of the hotel is awesome, and I assume the rest of the non-corner rooms should be great too.

Location was very convenient. I did not like the fact that the hotel hosts events with loud music and bright lights until late hours. My room was on the second floor facing the pool and the hotel had an event until late hours on a Tuesday night. I was not able to sleep because of loud music and bright lights until 3am.

My main complaint is about the room. I disliked the room. In particular, the bathroom. The bathtub drain was clogged by hair, so taking a shower was disgusting. The accessories are worn out and in need of a renovation. The bathtub is very high above the ground, so you almost require a step stool to enter the tub. The toilet seat is small, it seemed like a toilet for toddlers and not adults. The desk chair is uncomfortable, even after a few minutes of use. The Wi-Fi connection is free, but the speed is awful, and the signal drops constantly. Not a hotel for business travelers. The lobby restaurant has a good buffet for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was fast.

Overall it’s a good hotel. The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff were very nice and professional. As soon as we arrived, at our request, the front desk arranged for a nurse/tech to do the COVID test in our room since most places were already closed, and closed the following day. This saved the day! We did encounter an issue where the a/c wasn’t working, and we were immediately “upgraded” to another room. That upgrade was bad. It was on an outdated floor with a room to match. Pretty depressing so we complained and right away got a room to match the original. The breakfast was good but unlike the rest of the hotels, they did not have a cook. You only had two options of already scrambled eggs which were runny if you like them that way. I missed not being able to get an omelette made! The hostess at the front for breakfast was the only staff that was not really nice. She had a don’t bother me attitude which is not normally found in the hotels we have visited. Some hiccups, but again, overall a good hotel since our issues were resolved right away.

The staff at the front of the hotel, front deck and the restaurant were wonderful. Breakfast was great every morning. I really enjoy the comfortable bed.

Stayed twice during the pandemic. Hotel staff and front desk were courteous and helpful with requests. I stayed for over a week on both trips and the staff were very accommodating with requests for service, housekeeping, gym scheduling, covid testing, room service etc. Will use hotel again when I return for sure.

Overnight in Sao Paulo
Short overnight trip on a Saturday evening. Hotel service and setting was great, but did not have a chance to look around. Large retail area with furniture and interior design next door that also housed some restaurants.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures
While thenstaff is bery helpful, I felt very much desceived by the pictures and name of the room. It was called a Park Room, and the pictures showed the window of the room overlooking the park in front. That was not the case: our view was into a bland courtyard and other room windows. Looking again at fine print, it did say “view to courtyard”. well, the “courtyard” is an empty concrete structure and other windows. So don’t be fooled by the pictures, that’s not what you will get. Great staff though.

I selected this location because I was working in the immediate area. It was conveniently located, and is a very comfortable hotel. Purely a business hotel. Not a good location unless you are working in this area.

It was a nice stay but the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. The reception and lobby are completely out of date.

Perfect for a WTC event
Stayed here for an event at the events center attached to hotel. Perfect for that! Unsure of outside area as we never really left premises other then to a restaurant within a few miles. Ubered there so it was fine. Hotel was nice, clean and had everything you could need. Attached to a furniture mall with a great food court with all types of foods.
