Amazing small boutique hotel with period furnishing in quiet location . Plenty of nearby restaurants. Very helpful staff. Lovely little courtyard for coffee and relaxation. Breakfast included and proper coffee available almost 24/7. Excellent free wifi. Highly recommended.

Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again

Great location and very friendly staff.

Well thought through facilities in terms of providing guests for a comfort stay. The staff was helpful in providing information around town and even helped is to reserve a local tour. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I can't praise the staff and this hotel enough. The staff were attentive from the start. Antar sat down with us to pour over a map and show us where to visit, suggesting places to eat and good walks in the area. The hotel is in a great location. It is newly built but has an old world charm with excellent attention to detail in the furnishings and fitout. The foyer is a cosy place to sit to have a drink or just soak in the atmosphere of the place. It's rare that you can do that - most hotel...

Excellent boutique hotel in a nice and trendy area of Santiago. This hotel is an Expedia VIP hotel. As an Expedia guest, the hotel gave me a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The customer service has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very boutiquie in a great area. The rooms are big and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is so good too! It s 5 stars for me!

Location is fantastic easy walk to restaurants bar and pubs, i really loved this hotel and definitely will return

great place to stay and the staff is fantastic!

Property was just a shown in the pictures. Mountain views were really nice. The property is located on a main road but we heard no street noise at all. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Service by staff was fantastic, and they spoke great English. The hotel even has taxis available downstairs 24/7 for use. The buffet breakfast was really nice. Lots of variety of foods and there was even a gluten free section. Next door is a shopping mall, with...

Vegan food is outstanding!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my 4wk tour of South America. The atmosphere created by the building, location, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and delicious food made my stay delightful.

Excellent 10/10 location connecting to massive shopping centre. Panoramic views of the Andes. Amazing!

Very nice little hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for walking places and choices for restaurants and cafes. Room was very nice with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Florencia and her staff were fantastic. I recommend staying here. Good value for money.

We stayed for 3 nights after a 25-day tour of Peru and Chile prior to flying out from Santiago. The fantastic old colonial mansion has been refurbished, so the rooms are different sizes, the timber floors creak a bit but the service, style and good value make up for it, as well as the closeness to bars and restaurants. It's also a comfortable walk (20-30 minutes) to the central city area. All day tea, coffee and biscuits downstairs is a bonus. Rooms were spotless and warm, beds and pillows...
