"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel provides beach chairs, gel shoes and towels for a cost at the cement platform because of the rocks. The surrounding area outside the hotel is run down, no fault of the property. It is pretty inaccessible. Train was a nearby commuter, with no room for luggage, and the desk told us only one taxi for the town. Cost $200+ for a driver to take you to the airport from here. It might be better to rent a car and pay to park it. The hotel itself was nice. Be careful to specify ocean view if you have a balcony room."
