Asked for an iron took forever, first they brought us a bassinet, then we eventually went to dinner without it, came back and one was in our room. Imagine a hotel not getting a IRON for hours and the bathroom flooded whenever anyone showered. The four of us stayed on their larger suite which is kinda hard to find in Rome, most hotels are max 2 people per room. The decor was fantastic, the staff was very flexible and helped us to arrive at 2 am. It has an elevator which was really nice, no carrying heavy bags up flights of stairs. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service.
