"The host was very helpful and the rooms are large, bathrooms are very good. There is tea in the room with hot water and fridge. Thoughtfully, there was a fan, however the plug did not fit the wall. But a nice fan is extremely unusual. Very little street noise in this superb location. I highly recommend the property. Just be aware that this is inside the walls of an ancient town so there is no parking at the hotel. Phone ahead for remote parking instructions which necessitates steep walking,...

My wife had family she never met come to meet her and the clerk Andrea went above and beyond to translate for us, offered to make us coffee and found a spot where we could be comfortable for my wife and her cousin to get aquainted. "Excellent value for the money. We stayed at this hotel for one night only, upon a return from a S. Italy tour. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from the Roma Termini. We had spent a week in Rome before our tour began and REGRET that we didnt stay at this hotel. The Hotel that we stayed in during that week was $600/night (a 1/3rd of the price for the UNA, big miss). We recommend the UNA hotel a lot."
