"This lovely hotel was the perfect place to wind down after a few weeks around Italy. The staff were very sweet and helpful, a homemade breakfast buffet was nice and fresh and the room was spotless. It’s very quaint with a private terrace and lovely orange trees and beautiful flowers around the property. Bike rentals are inexpensive and perfect for a ride into the little town or along the beach bike path. Great seafood restaurants and many beach club options. Only 15 minutes from FCO!"

"This is an excellent location if you are staying pre-cruise. Convenient to shops and restaurants and beach and sightseeing. The bed was very hard, the tv didn’t work and the staff was gone by the time I realized it. It got fixed the next day. I already wrote about the fact that the staff did not review how to open the door to leave the property. No one was there to help m. My phone was connecting to her phone number. I finally took the risk to press the red button that did release door. I asked that they post a sign to tell guests what to do. It was done later that day. I did not have any breakfast there. The toaster did over toast and the hallway smelled of burnt toast both mornings. The second night someone was banging on the inside locked door to be let in. This went on for 15 minutes. Again , scary as there is no staff, no security. Guests need to understand that after you are welcomed and checked in, staff leaves and returns the next morning to coordinate breakfast, and that day’s departures. "

"Family run, great ambiance you feel a taste of Italian culture here. Not new but clean and well kept. Also shuttle for FCO and the cruise port. Staff very accommodating and friendly."

"This hotel was a perfect place to stay overnight before out cruise. It was a bit further from the waterfront than anticipated but still a doable walk. They have a free shuttle to their sister restaurant for dinner which was a nice perk after a tiring day of travel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming."
