They had information posted around the room in English and Italian which was very helpful. The people around there were very helpful. I’d stay there again but select a larger room. It was very convenient and the town was walkable ."

"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose. Overall, it is a fair price for the property."

"Booked this property as reviews I read were a 10/10 feedback. Called the owner when I arrived in the area and she let me know she was home, room is upstairs of a house but the toilet and shower were downstairs. So no en suite room. Advertised breakfast which was disappointing on first day, and as I was able to get breakfast at an event I attended so no need for breakfast just a coffee on day 2. Bed was quite firm and had restless nights sleep. "

"We found Sans Souci BB as a last second booking after a failed reservation in Civitavecchia. I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived. The property is an impressive farmhouse style villa on a substantial plot of land complete with all of their own home grown vegetables and chickens producing farm-fresh eggs daily. Michele and Renata host you welcomingly and professionally. They are both well-travelled themselves...

"Stayed April 21, 22 and left on 23rd, 2019. There is no dining room or common area (except the outside) to eat your breakfast or to lounge on a rainy day. The brunch display is in the hallway and you must go back to your room to eat. Customer service is less than desirable. The owner had told me by email to make my own taxi arrangements - which I did. "Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...

"Wir durften 2 Wochen auf diesem wunderschöne Anwesen verweilen. Unser Check in ging super schnell, das Häuschen „Nuraghi“ wurde uns sauber übergeben. Das aller Beste am ganzen ist aber der Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool, wir haben ganze Tage dort verbracht und sind sogar Nachts baden gegangen, die Aussicht von der Anlage aus ist phänomenal! Die Bilder die man dazu auf FeWo sieht, geben das was einen erwartet überhaupt nicht wieder, aber das ist uns lieber als andersherum... Das Wasser war...
