"The place is clean and nice , but the price is too high for what the hotel offers. It doesn't have a gym, there's no restaurant, they don't have a pool. Nothing to do in that hotel"

"Great location and the room was well equipped for the weekend. The ONLY thing we could have asked for is a dog wash/rinse station or a hose attached to the outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the beach. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Our family with two young kids stayed here and it was perfect for us, the pull out sofas were great. Despite it being during July 4, the property grounds never felt crowded or on the beach and we had plenty of space to roam and look for seashells. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed, very clean (cute touches to welcome guests), easy to checkin-out, and parking was plentiful and free. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach or pool—the private beach is calm with turquoise water, did not use the pool but did walk past it on the way to the beach. Lovely views of the ocean from the screened in lanai. The owner/property manager are professional and responsive, and provided all the beach gear including a wagon, chairs, and beach towels. Highly recommend this rental for a beachfront vacation on beautiful Sanibel. "
