The condition of the property was great and the staff were friendly and helpful, a great room design too.

If you plan to do a bunch of shopping at Ala Moana mall then this is the place for you! There’s a bit of walking involved so be ready for that. There’s pool is nice and big too

Everything about this hotel was great! We loved our stay and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Location is great also. Keep in mind you have to pay $2 for laundry detergent and around $5 for the washing machine and dryer that isn’t for free. Gym and pool were very clean as well. Overall 10/10 great stay

The views were amazing, the place was clean and tidy, it was an awesome location that was just far enough away from Waikiki but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Great amenities. Safe swimming areas, two pools, great restaurants and an ice tram store. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. They are older so be prepared, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely. Bathrooms are clean, but older. The staff were extremely helpful and were there 24 hours a day so it you have a 5am check out to catch your flight, there is someone there to help you. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate both early check in and late check out for us. Very short walk to Ala Moana shopping centre which was convenient. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a very central location. Close to International Market Place, the beach and buses. The staff was excellent. I recommend this property.

This has to be the best hotel in Waikiki. The location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The rooms are spectacular. The beds are so comfortable and the pools are unbelievable. Best place to stay with a family.

Highly recommend the Coconut! We have stayed at 15+ different hotels in Waikiki and the Coconut has been one of our favourites. Fantastic staff with 24hr front desk. Wonderful property with a great pool and spa, great cleanliness all around, and very courteous staff. Buffet breakfast could be better with more options and changing menu specially for people staying for more number of nights.

Our stay was wonderful from the minute we met Susan at check-in, she was friendly, smiling and so easy to deal with. The room was fantastic! Restaurant had an amazing seafood buffet overlooking the beach. Can't recommend this hotel high enough!!!

The staff here were fantastic. We dealt with a few staff members during our 7 night stay. They were amazing with all of my questions, even about local activities to do etc.. Sai, among others, was amazing to deal with. If there was an issue with anything, it was dealt with fast and with kindness. What a relaxing, clean and amazing stay we had!
