The property is aged, the rooms are up to date. It is pet friendly which is our preference. You can not beat the price. We recommend this location if you want to enjoy your trip and have a worry free experience.

We had a fantastic stay here! The room was spotless and modern, with a perfect view of Morro Rock right from our window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—truly above and beyond. Easily the best value in town. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Morro Bay with a dog

Great stay for me and my pup, along with family in another room. We enjoyed a picnic on the picnic tables out front. My room was great and the fan was appreciated. Comfortable bed, good shower. Close to everything in Morro Bay, we walked to most of our destinations.

First time staying here at Rockview Inn and we were welcomed and greeted graciously by the general manager at check in. Our room was easily located and super clean. Comfortable bed and very spacious with lots of tv channels. Highly recommend this Inn and we will be returning very soon.
