Unfortunately I was not please with my accommodation at the Casa Condado residencies Hotel . The room was clean to some extent however , it was unbearably hot, the Air conditioning was not working very well and I was severely uncomfortable. I could not breathe properly in the room because of the concentration of the heat caused by the defected AC unit. Also, there is a lack of good customer service, while I understand that the front desk operates remotely , I was surprised that there was no worker at all in the building anywhere at any times to tend to us as guests if we needed attention to a matter or if we needed a quick service that could be fixed on the spot. Otherwise it was ok ,I loved the fact that it was in close proximity to the beaches, stores and nightlife but personally I would not come back here. Thank you.

No elevators, very minimal amenities, one toilet paper roll, cheap toilet paper, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay. Had to ask for more towels and more toilet paper and I did get more but it just seems like they will give BARE minimum if not asked. No fridge, no water bottles, no microwave, not even a hair dryer. Definitely don’t think it was worth the amount spent, you really are just paying for location. 5 min walk from condado beach.

Decent hotel in a high scale area, no frills but ok. Small parking 4or 5 slots . At the end for me was ok and had plenty off restaurants nearby

generally, it was right beside a great beach. specifically, although they didn't have onsite staff 247, I had a response via WhatsApp within a few minutes of sending it. their responses were clear, friendly, without any sidestepping. their room access protocols when arriving were simple, clear and easy to follow
