"I would’ve given it. Five stars had the pool been operable, but they did tell me in advance that it was not in use and being worked on. Also, the beds could be a little bit more comfortable. ."

"We loved staying at this hotel while my daughter attended college in San Jose. The entire 4 years she was in college the pool has been down for repair. This last time we stayed there we had a visitor in our room. Let’s just says check your rooms for pest. We found a cockroach in our room. It was an isolated incident though. "

"Bed sheets were not changed. Had bread crumbs, salt and pepper plus hair all over. Very gross, will not recommend. "

"Room was clean but definitely dated furniture. My door for the shower was broken and hard to close. It was better when it was the fairmont"
