Great, comfy, affordable, good location. We had a great stay at King George Hotel. Beds were comfy, good location close to BART and union square. I would recommend and stay again !

I was only there for one night, but it was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that there was no phone charger near the bed and the lamps next to the bed could only be controlled via a switch inside the door. Otherwise, great!

I just didn't like that elevator was not working the two days we stayed at and the lady sent us to the 6th floor. Fortunately we didn't have heavy luggage. I think they should prioritize to fix things faster specially for elderly people. Besides this inconvenient, everything was good.

When booking online they don’t tell you that the elevator is not working and there is no stairway just a 2 ft wide spiral stairwell to haul your baggage up 4 floors and that parking is a extra $90.00 and there’s no heat in the room and of course once you book it’s none refundable though Expedia

Due to city requirements, our elevator has to go through an annual inspection, that happened last weekend and we apologize for the inconvenience that this caused; we are happy to confirm that the inspection has been completed. Unfortunately, we don't have a parking garage on site, therefore, parking prices from 3rd parties are outside of our hands. The location is perfect for walking around. Park in the self parking across the street. Will save you time and money. Staff were very pleasant. Water pressure was on the weak side.

It’s centrally located in downtown. Area is not what it used to be but it was fine. CVS conveniently located next door. Room clean. Body wash and lotion dispensers didn’t work, but other than that I enjoyed my stay

A great deal for the area! It's definitely an older-style SF hotel. There was some sneaky dust in our room (top of the bed frame, door frames) but overall pretty clean. Pillows were huge and very hard, so recommend bringing your own if you can.
We really appreciated the location and 24-hr diner across the street.

The rooms are very small, but that was expected for the price. Very close to transportation and sites. It's in the "safer" part of town but a couple of streets in the wrong direction and you won't like what you see. No air conditioning, and you sometimes have to beg the water to come out of the shower. Good deal for an economical stay.

This is good location if you're going to be at the Moscone Convention Center. I stayed in March, the weather is in the 50 to 60 degrees. This is good because the room doesn't have A/C. It has a ceiling fan. The water heater is inconsistent.

We had a very very small Room. Everything was so uncomfortable, restroom, room, closet. The sink in the bathroom was shorter than my toothbrush.

The second day of my stay, I attempted to take a shower and there was no water pressure. It took about 20 minutes for shower to function on the third day. There was no hot water for 10 minutes.
