Everything was wrong the room smelled like mild the staff was rude and unhelpfull and they charged my card multiple times

Excellent Staff in good location.

Hotel Amari is in a good location and is a great price for downtown San Francisco. Rooms are adequate and bed is reasonable. Parking Garage is right next door. Be aware that they do not serve breakfast, but there are lots of options nearby. The staff was EXCELLENT!

They charge a fee of $200 but it’s refundable. Which description does not say. There is no parking. There is a fee for parking . There is street parking . So be careful

I will never recommend this hotel to the people.

Online it shows Parking Available, but parking very expensive and terrible. You must wait for your car very long time. You can not bring even one friend to your room. What is that? Lot of stupid rules. I f I new them before I will never stay in this hotel..

We made another reservation, there was no parking nearby, the area felt very unsafe and we decided to miss the previous reservation. when we arrived at hotel Amari everything was easy and reliable I really recommend this place everything is clean the area is very safe and rooms are really quiet excellent to rest

I stayed at the Hotel Amari on a recent short trip to SF. It offered a great location for sightseeing. There are restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the service was good. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommended!
