The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. I appreciate the additional touches like robes and an extra blanket. The bar was very nice and happy hour was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Valet parking was pricey, but there were 2 garages in the area that were slightly more affordable and safe. Will be back.

Everything in the hotel was excellent from the decorations and condition of the place and the staff was especially nice. The only complaints were the low water pressure in the shower and the neighborhood a couple blocks to the west. Access to the subway, cable cars and street cars way very very close by! I’d definitely stay there again if coming to SF and needing to stay near Market St.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and alls spaces I saw were very clean. The lobby is nice and new and very sleek. The rooms, on the other hand, are pretty dated. Again, clean but could definitely use some upgrading.
