A brilliantly located motel with the added bonus of free parking. Tony on reception was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.

This is an excellent place to stay as the rooms are large and comfortable and the water pressure is good. The check-in staff is so friendly. Plus free parking!! Only two small drawbacks: no fridge for leftovers and only one car per room. Otherwise all of North Beach is uphill walking distance and it is next door to Bimbo’s if you’re there for a show.

We had an amazing stay! Parking was easy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in the heart of North Beach and walking distance to Cobbs Comedy Club and tons of restaurants! Already planning my next trip and will be staying here!!

I have stayed at the Columbus motor in several times. It’s all about the location and the location is excellent. This time the room, however, had mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and the shade of the lamp was stained. It’s a basic motel with a wonderful location.
