Cancelled our stay at midnight the night before check in

They cancelled our booking the night before our check in at midnight. I was receiving text messages from someone on their property management team, so when I messaged VRBO they had no accounts of what was going on. They were telling me to cancel on our end & rebook through VRBO with another property of theirs. Finally at midnight they messages through VRBO & the VRBO support confirmed our visit was cancelled. They kept telling us to rebook with another property, the other property wasn’t even available the days we needed & was exceedingly more expensive. I would not recommend this visit. We were traveling with our 2 & 3 year old & were left scrambling in the middle of the night, literally, to find a new place.

in town to see family

The house was clean & a nice size. We needed bath mats & more towels & the team was responsive to my request in a timely manner. There needs to be a full-length mirror in the house. We are short people so I suggest lowering the towel hooks in the master bath. Overall, it was a nice stay.
