Bed was comfortable and location was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee was excellent. The only drawback was that we didn't have hot water when we showered. I informed the front desk. Other things the room didn't have to my surprise was a telephone, small fridge, microwave and no cleaning service. I was not informed our clean would not be cleaned but every other day.

Signs are up saying "renovations are coming". It's an older building so at least the halls and rooms are big. Plenty of safe parking with some kind of surveillance system in place. Great check in. One of the two elevators was out of order for our two night stay. Offers free breakfast but we slept in. Had a large king room with seating area. No mini-fridge. No body wash in shower and no shelf for the bar of bath soap.

room smelled like urine, dingy, curtains did not close all the way, and floor was sticky. we had a small lizard living in the room. the a/c only worked when at 70degrees or below, and would not kick on otherwise, would want up to 75degrees. staff was friendly. breakfast was ok, basic. pool was fine. they charged for parking which I think is rediculous, considering the hotel rooms were sold out, but the parking lot was less than half full.

My experience was just ok. Breakfast was good. The area was clean. The hotel was outdated. There are soft spots in the floor in the room and bathroom. There were signs that renovations were coming and that was a great thing. We didn’t have hot water for an entire day. They knew it was an issue but didn’t say anything. Having to take a cold shower was not a great experience. Hot water was restore the morning we left.
