"This place is great especially given the prices of the rooms! It is extremely clean, has ample parking and the staff is amazing! I had family staying at the Laquinta inn down the street and they had nothing but complaints (dirty, no hot water, staff rude, etc) but I had none of those issues here! Actually the opposite! Always hot water, extremely clean room, fresh towels daily AND the staff was nothing but accommodating. I had issues with my room key and had to go over to the office a few times to deal with it, but instead of getting frustrated with the situation the concierge always took great care of me with a smile. I cannot recommend a better hotel to anyone coming to San Antonio, especially if you’re attending a BMT graduation!"

"The staff was very kind to work with. I unfortunately the property itself is the underwhelming part. They do have a pool but it isn't clean at all, the room itself was not bad. There were two dogs that tried to attack me and my family if we walked a certain direction. But it was affordable:)"

"Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface."
