The hotel is central to must-see locations. Walking distance to the Alamo, Riverwalk just outside the doors, many dining and shopping options. We had an incredible time during our stay.

This weekend the AC didn’t work and it was horrible. It was so hot in the room we decided to leave early Sunday instead of sleeping in and leaving at checkout. This is ridiculous given I paid a good amount of money for our rooms. They really should have given me half my money back for them instead of a voucher for breakfast.

Great location and terrific modern and updated rooms. The custodian staff was always nice and friendly and did a great job. Front desk staff was ok. We had issues with our checkin as our room was not ready more than an hour after check in time.

The rooms were excellent. Beds were okay, not great. The restaurant had very slow service. The location was fantastic!

We upgraded to a river view thinking it would be like the pictures and it wasn't. We were disappointed but we made the best of it. Also, it wouldve been nice if the fridge worked. I didnt call down and complain because we'd already moved once.

Awesome property right on the riverwalk great location Cons For this kind of property you would expect great service but unfortunately they made us wait 2 hours before a room was available didnt even give us a key for the restroom while we waited until we got angry

It was a great experience, staff were really polite we got a room with a beautiful view expected the pool to be bigger but the view was pretty nice. It’s a bit pricy but worth it!!

The linens were exceptional. Loved that the beds had automatic lights for getting up in the dark. Also, a good breakfast was included every morning. Loved the hardwood floors. The Riverwalk view was ok but stepping out to the Riverwalk from the hotel was really great. Pool was a bit small and a little cold but enjoyable. Loved that the hotel provided water in the entrance that was refreshing after a long walk.

The room was nice and beds were comfy. The TV in our room didn’t work and they were supposed to come fix it and didn’t, however, they did give us a credit. The location on the Riverwalk was great, right next to a lot of popular restaurants and bars!
