Paid extra for breakfast which was plentiful and good quality, and comparable price wise for breakfast found locally. Good location. Around 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk into the centre. Definitely recommended and would stay again. "

"Checking in at the bar area was different with no designated lobby area but the staff were great. I did not like that they were cashless in the restaurant.Over all it is a good hotel and very convenient to everything."

"What a classy old world charm of a place. The ceilings are low so fair warning for anyone taller than 6ft - the details of the bath products and coffee and teas and biscuits in the room, the beds all high quality and so very comfy. Thank you for bringing us joy in the small things. "

"I was in a superior room. Breakfast more than adequate. Parking around back which is always good in towns like this. City parking is expensive (30 a day). Very handy to everywhere in town . Has all the mod cons in the room. "

"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."
