"For å starte med det positive, så var renholdet og sengene bra. Det var derimot ingen air condition, og rommets ene vindu går kun ut i en sjakt i midten av bygget, så man får null naturlig lys. Spesiell lukt fra sjakten."

"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

We had our room cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast was so nice as we had a fresh omelette brought up to us every morning. "The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future "
