Really nice city hotel right down town and sueprnice frondesk. Nice updated rooms. We had a familyroom that was one livingroom with 3 beds and a big bedroom with twin soo supernice. Felt like a high standard, higer then price when we booked. our kids liked it and nice rooftop pool.

We, a family of 4, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas visiting family. Thank you. We had a juniour suite which comprised of 1 bedroom and a lounge (with sofa bed and an extra single). We also had a view of the dock and a balcony which was a lovely surprise on arrival. The staff were all so kind and helpful and really made our stay. We were also very impressed with the food. The breakfast buffet had a great range of options, wide selection of nice breads for toasting and mini pastries, as well as hot and other cold options. We ate in the bar the first night and it was outstanding we returned again on our final night. The kids loved the rooftop pool, the only drawback was that it didn't open until 11am.

This hotel is very conveniently positioned for the central business and shopping area of Las Palmas and is just a short walk from the old town and cathedral. The staff are very welcoming and the lobby has a very open and modern feel. The breakfast buffet is good, with a wide selection of food on offer and eggs cooked to order. It was regularly replenished so there was never a shortage of choice whether you dine early or late. The food in the new lobby bar is good. We liked the main courses, but avoid the 'sharing sardines' as they are literally a tin of sardines and a packet of crisps you could buy in the local shops for €2. The hotel is clearly needing to be refreshed. The coerridors feel very dark and sombre. The paint in the rooms is showing wear, although the furnishings are good and the bed is comfortable. The wood flooring has not worn well - in our bathroom the boards had bent so the door only opened outwards. There is a rooftop pool, but this is not heated. You need to take care around it as much of the decking is bent and there are numerous loose screws. Overall this felt like a quality hotel that needs money spent to bring it back to a good 4* standard. However, the staff were great and this, coupled with the location, means I would consider staying there again.

El unico punto desfavorable, fue que nos informamos en una llamada al hotel preguntando por el parking previo al viaje y dijeron que habia disponible para esa fecha y cuando llegamos dijeron que no era posible. Cambiando un poco el itinerario ya que contabamos con poder dejar el coche, sin necesidad de zona azul o parking exterior. Por el resto todo muy bien, el personal al completo muy atento y amable. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

Me and my friend visited for 3 nights, the staff were lovely however the room it’s self was not the best. Overall it was ok to stay in but the floors were extremely dirty making me feel unclean to stay there. The shower would leak everytime and go into the bedroom and crest a safety hazard as there was puddles of water and would rot the bottle of the door making it hard to open and close. The cleaners would come up and clean it everynight for us as it was lifting up the floorboards. I did comment everyday to reception about how dirty the hotel room floors were and nothing was done about it.
