It’s an old style hotel- very clean - nice beds and a great hot shower- was a bit noisy at night with locals- at the price point for a comfortable bed it was ok

The room was basic but didnt expect anything more for the money paid, very central and a ten minute walk from the beach so okay for a couple of days stay. Wouldnt want to stay any longer than a few days as it's very noisy.

Old-fashioned hotel, perfect for sleep

Close to the best beaches of Las Palmas. Great supermarket next door. Friendly receptionists. Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. Wi-Fi OK. LED TV with spanish channels. Not the best view from the balcony (2nd floor).

Hotel is located up a back street , and hard to find . Having to ask a few locals for directions . Quite distant from nearest beach , although a short walk has One looking to the main harbour area .The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough . Cannot vouch for local shops , simply because I arrived late and departed early .

I got there on the day of my booking just to found out that there is no room available. They couldn't even find my reservation.It was a nightmare, and it was beyond my ability to comprehend. I was half of the world from home at 2AM, and still on the street trying to find a room to stay in. It was a quiet experience.

The shower attachment was broken, and was not fixed. This is not fully accessible, there are steps leading to a lift which then takes you up to Reception on the first floor. There are no dining options, but there are cafes nearby.

Hôtel vieillot, malgré tout globalement propre même si le mobilier est extrêmement vétuste. Là literie est juste horrible. Matelas et sommier en piteux état. Le traversin ressemble plus à un bout de bois ou de la pierre. Un vacarme incessant de 5hdu matin jusqu'à plus d'une 1h du matin. À éviter car le prix est bien trop élevé compte tenu des prestations

Mala experiencia

El hotel es viejo y sin mantenimiento. Pedimos una cama matrimonial y nos dijeron que no tenían disponible, que podíamos juntar las camas individuales, así lo hicimos pero las camas están de diferente nivel así que tampoco pudimos estar cómodos! Las camas suenan al acostarse, colchones viejos y sucios. No lo recomiendo
