Friendly customer service. We were allowed to check in much earlier in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. This was a great help and convenience for us to plan for our day in Madrid.

Friendly staff, helpful with questions, directions. Close to Wizink Center, 20 minute walk to hop on-off bus. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
