"The staff was helpful and friendly. The public bath is free and has decent hours. It was nice to access after long hours of the flight. We love the property's cleanliness. The only downside was that breakfast was not available. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommended!"

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, however they do not offer airport drop off in the evening enven though the bus is still travelling empty to the airport to pick up guest. Conveniently located near Haneda airport, however far from attractions and malls."

This time we realized that the last shuttle from hotel to airport departs at 11:30 am. Our flight was at about 10 pm. We would appreciate if the hotel provides more airport bound shuttles in the afternoon."

It was a shame that bad weather prevented me from going out onto the terrace, but I would certainly like to stay here again. However, I found it very confusing to get there by train; navigating the monorail platform was difficult to figure out."
