Very welcoming and accomodating. Oil pastels have been used over the smooth cement walls by other guests leaving their mark … very cute! Beach and markets is a short stroll down the path shared with motorcycles.

Awesome location, great value & beautiful service
Return trip prior to heading home. This family is so welcoming and kind. Loved my second stay as much as the first time. There is an asian water monitor who lives in the waterway that runs past the accommodation and is impressive to see.

Great location near Nai Yang beach
Great location for volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, quiet, clean, every facility I required plus Netflix was a bonus. Close to Nai Yang beach which is a lovely location for dinner right on the beach watching the sun go down. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would be very happy to stay here again

Friendly Staff
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Quiet area and no noise from the airport.

Loved everything. The family were so friendly and helpful,with a sense of gratitude that we chose to stay with them. It’s close proximity to the airport for onward flights was a real bonus and there was no noise pollution from said Airport.

Nice hotel
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Clean, modern and 5 minutes from the beach. Little shop next to it seems drinks and food. Be aware a building is going up next door but this didn't bother us as most of the time was spent at the beach. Hotel staff helpful though they did give me a 6:45 wake up that wasn't booked nor apologised for which stopped the score being better as a sorry costs nothing. If happily stay here again

Great place next to airport less than 10 min drive. Best to ask them to book taxi to or pick up from airport for cheaper rate. 200 baht to go to airport. 300 baht from airport to hotel.

Value for Money, but be prepared to walk!
Room is big, it's actually attached with a tv area and a small pantry. Bed extra comfy. Toilet sufficient and new with a rain shower. Pool upstairs, superb. Negative, be prepared to walk 10 minutes in small lanes to get out to the main road where there are shops. Gets very dark. Very far from beach

Great place to stay
Good place, 5 min from the beach. 5 min from the airport. Some mosquitos in the room but we managed to kill them all. The room was clean. Would stay again!

Best hotel stay in Thailand!
Ideo Phuket was the best hotel stay of my entire trip to Thailand and me and my friends stayed at 4 different hotels! The employees were excellent! The owner was so informative, accommodating, far with pricing and just an all around great person. The owner's excellent customer service reflected on her staff since everyone and I mean everyone we encountered was respectful, helpful and accommodating and just nice people. Sadly, I can't say my experience at the other places were the same. The rooms were very clean! Sheets were white and beds were pretty comfortable. The floors, phones, desks and bathroom was cleaned by someone with OCD clearly, because I saw no dirt, anywhere! The hotel was very close to the airport and the airport transfer was excellent. Mr Vee the driver is great! There are food places right next to the beach literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and an outside massage set up that was great! Food was excellent as well, we visited 3 food places while we stayed at Ideo, all were great! To sum it up I had a wonderful stay, would come back if I ever visited Thailand again and this hotel should be upgraded to 5 stars! Thank you so much Ideo Phuket hotel for being one of the few positive experiences I had in Thailand!!

The hotel is very close to top beaches in the area. We had only one night with a lot of noice from other hotel visitors. The hotel is very nice. However I would recommend to rent a scooter from next door. 250 tbh per day. The scooter is great way to move around

Great hotel near airport & beach
We loved our stay at Ideo hotel. They arranged an airport transfer for us, so a gentleman was waiting at the airport for us when we arrived at 1:15 am, which was a relief after a long journey. Check in was easy, and breakfast the next day was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night here, but would absolutely go back. It’s close to a national park beach, and very close to the airport. Great intro to Thailand!

Room was big and clean.
Room was large and very clean, but on third floor and there is no elevator. A little tough to drag all the luggage up, at least for me. Also, construction next door made it noisy during the day. Breakfast okay and cheap.

Accurate review
The room itself is very basic, but better than expected for the price. I don't usually write bad reviews but I had to set the record straight on this one. I booked this hotel based on reviews that said they were friendly and helpful. I must have missed something. The two girls I spoke with acted like I was disturbing them by asking questions. I asked for information about a tour, a taxi and money exchange. Each time I was told just go to the beach, you can ask around there. Upon arrival I was given a card with the breakfast hours. In the morning I asked about breakfast and was told there is no breakfast today. The card does not say only available on certain days. The room has a phone, but it doesn't work. I asked one of the girls, she said I could use the phone in reception, but then she wouldn't let me touch the phone, said she had to call for me. Then she said no one answered. As some other reviews stated, there in is a dog and it does bark at night. Just sorry I missed out on the hospitality the other reviews talked about. Also the beach is covered in plastic trash. I was very surprised. This would be an ok place if you just need to rest near the airport, but would not recommend staying as part of a beach vacation.

Nice hotel, close to beach and restaurants
We were able to check in early which wasn't great. Staff were great and organised a taxi for us to Phuket bus station. Room wasn't nice, spacious, comfortable. Free water daily was a nice touch and the wifi in the rom was good. All in all no complaints and would stay again. Whenever getting a taxi from the airport we walked out of the airport and Turned left to the green and yellow taxi which are much cheaper

Despite being a low budget hotel, service was top notch and the warmth from both the male and female front desk attendee (night and day shift) was amazing. There was a cute (huge) dog in the compound, usually guarding the parking space. Amenities were simple but the appliances in the room were all good major brands which showed significant investment from the hotel. Room in general was clean, spacious and functional. Well worth the money spent! Good if you're coming into Phuket late and need a place near to stay for he first night.

Nice hotel close to the beach
We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight out of Phuket. For the price, we didn't expect much but we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel and room were extremely clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; they printed out boarding passes for us, arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4:30 a.m. for our flight and called us in the morning when our taxi arrived. The location was perfect; it was less than ten minutes from the airport but also just a five minute walk from the beach and several great restaurants and bars. Overall, a really great value for the money.

Near Airport - no traffic jam
There is a short cut directly to the beach - less than 5 mins walk. Local market is about 15 mins walk - not always there and need to check with reception. Lots of things to eat, relax (massages), pub and convenient store around. Very near airport and good for on time arrival - no traffic jam. Hotel can arrange taxi to send you to airport or pick you up. WiFi reliable. Room is spacious and some cable TV.

Nice hotel close to the airport and beach.
We booked this hotel simply because it is relatively close to Phuket airport knowing our flight won't be arriving until almost midnight. We got to the hotel after a long wait for taxi and a short ride there. They quickly checked us in and helped us with the luggage. The room is small but clean and conveniently modern. Breakfast is healthy and delicious and served by this sweet and extremely helpful lady who I believed was the owner. The hotel has a very laid-back and relax vibe, located within a short walk to the beach. We wish we could stay there longer but we have already booked another hotel in Pha Ngang the next day. They helped us to get a taxi to get to Pha Ngang.

Very near airport - 10 mins drive even in bad traffic. Good for guarantee airport arrival on day of departure. Very near local market with good cheap food and clothings - 10 mins walk. Near Nai Yong Beach - 5 mins walk through a muddy path. Plenty of shops selling food, bars and massage centre along the beach. Room has in room safe, mini bar, kettle and micro wave oven. Staff very friendly and can book airport transfer on request (from airport 300THB, to airport 200THB - Nov 2016). Room is clean and looks new

Amazing staff! Lovely hotel!
I highly recommend booking at Ideo Phuket! The owner of the hotel is such an amazing, sweet, and caring woman! The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the staff were always pleasant and helpful. It is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The best part of the hotel has the be the resident dog named Hulek. She is such an awesoteric pup and is guaranteed to make you smile.

Great Hotel on a Budget!
I did a last minute booking at Ideo just for the day as I had 16 hours in Phuket between flights. I was impressed my the cleanliness and location of the hotel, as well as the friendly service I received. As previous reviews have said, the bed was a little on the hard side, but nevertheless I had a comfortable 3 hour nap. The aircon was wonderful! This hotel is perfect for those on a budget - the beach and restaurants were a short walk away, and the airport is a short drive away. I caught a metered taxi from the airport to Ideo for 300THB and when I left the hotel ordered a taxi for me for 200THB.

Funny smell in the room, a bit disappointing
Since our flight arrives in late night so we decided to briefly sleep nearby airport before carrying on the next day travel. So we did some research and found this hotel with reviews saying it is clean and tidy. We did not expected much as it is an economic hotel, just wished it is clean and give us a good night's rest. However, we were disappointed, the room seems a bit smaller than from the photos, the corridor and room smelled like toilet. The shower area has water marks and one of our bathing tower has holes in it. Staff was helpful though as they reply emails fast and we could allow late check-in the midnight.

I was really happy with the overall stay. Volunteering for Soi Dog so due to being picked up daily next door at Pensiri was perfect as a lot of volunteers stay at these two places. HOWEVER on check out I left behind a valuable ring (silly and in a rush to leave) when I contacted the guest house they told me they wasn't left. I had left in them in the soap tray in the bathroom. So this was telly disappointing.

Lovely hotel, close to beach and airport
Stayed here to be close too airport. They set up airport transfers ($300 BHT), even when I had to be picked up at 2am!

One night near the airport
Good place near the airport. Cute, clean, quiet, with some restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful with taxis and recommendations. The breakfast was simple, which I thought was fine. We walked to the beach nearby in 10 minutes. We were happy, but we only stayed overnight and they arranged for a fair taxi to Ao Nang.

Very convenient for the airport
We arrived mid afternoon , and were very quickly booked in and the luggage taken to our rooms. As we had a early morning flight a taxi transfer and early morning call were required, this the reception arranged there and then.And in the morning both were on right on time.

Very happy with this hotel found on Internet
We had a one-night stay at Ideo, on our way to a sailing cruise. We chose Ideo because of its proximity to the airport and to the beach. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and with easy access to the beach through a 200-m long footpath between resorts. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, the reception efficient, the surroundings peaceful, the breakfast correct and the staff lovely. In its category, Ideo Hotel is a perfect place to stay!

Late night flight
Stayed after a late flight. They had someone there to pick us up even after a 2.5 hour delay. Helpful staff, breakfast was good as well.

Close to Beach and Airport!
We had an early flight in the morning. This hotel was nice and quite, close to beach and airport. It was clean and very well maintained. Nice restaurants 5 minute walk.
