The breakfast buffet was lovely, and the rooms clean. The airport transport by the hotel was price gouging. $40 when a cab was $5. Had to ask for additional toilet paper 5 times. Would not recommend.

Very close to everything. Breakfast is very good. I like the breakfast here rather than the Manila Hotel. The Manila Hotel has more options but Bay Prime taste better, and we stayed at the Manila Hotel for a week, and 4 total days here. It does get busy and food refills is a bit slow. Airport is about 10-15min away. Would stay here again. Only complaint is we wish the pool stayed open later, it closes at 8pm

A great location. The famous Baclaran Church is at Stone throw away. The LRT station and it's track runs beautifully. The room and amenities were clean. Staff members are all helpful. There is a parking I did not use however getting taxi or grab ride will pick up at front entrance. The brakfast was awesome and unmissable for morning appetite.

Hotel is not that far from airport, it was 15 minutes ride. Lobby is huge, check-in was smooth, staff was courteous and helpful. There is a restaurant next to lobby, food was ok. I wouldn't say food was great tasting. Room was clean, amenities provided. City of Dreams was at walkable distance. Worth the price I paid per night, will stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights at Bay Prime Hotel. Chose it because of its proximity to the airport, the historical landmarks in Manila, as well as the big malls like Mall of Asia and Ayala Manila Bay. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff is very helpful esp the security and bellhop. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet which we enjoyed every morning. Plenty of choices, that we got to try something new for each of our 3 mornings. There was a nice pool but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate during our stay. Looked like there was a nice gym, as well. We also appreciated its close proximity to the LRT Aseana Station which was only 300 m away. Right beside the hotel and right across are convenience stores in case you may need something

Building and breakfast were great. Very stingy with towels, there’s 4 of us in the room as a family but only gave us 2 towels. When asked for extra, everyone doesn’t seem to know how to give us the right response. You can see in their faces they want to give us more but scared to do so coz management instructions were otherwise is what I gather from their responses.

New hotel in a nicely developed area (ASEAN City). The staff were super helpful. The room was huge with loads of amenities. For anything not provided by the hotel, there is a small 7-Eleven just across the street from the front entrance.
