Not clean, TV remote not working, No Netflix!

Te TV remote was not working at all even with the extra battery so no Netflix, no movies. There are dirty furnitures (seat, table, couch). Only bed was clean, I think. Not booking with this hotel again in the nearest future.

My stay was OK. The location is very good and the sole reason for my rating. Plenty of food and shopping near. The lobby was nice and has a doorman. The room was poor and had tons of wear. No towels or toilet paper upon arriving, although they delivered them to my door when I requested which was nice. Was told the pool was broken for my entire stay, which should have been made clear upon booking. This is one of the hottest cities.... So I chose this place because of the pool. If you want a nice location close to the airport, this is fine. But maybe look elsewhere for just a few dollars more.

The property is close to several fast food and other restaurants. The New World Resorts is less than a mile away and is easily walkable. It is also only a few minute's drive to BGC, MOA, and NAIA Terminal 3.

Excellent stay and amazing service beyond expectat

The customer service is above and beyond! Henry and his staff are such a joy to work with in our vacation. They made sure that all our needs are taken care of and was always going beyond what is expected. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will definitely be back!

We liked that the place had a fridge and some basic kitchen stuff (like cups and flatware). However, cleanliness was poor, the drapes fell to the floor, the wall clock needs a battery, the table only had one chair, and the signs on the wall with room instructions were hand written on paper peeling and worn.

I enjoyed our stay. I love the staff and their service as well. I would suggest to change their fabric softener to a milder one. It smells good but it's kinda bit strong for me. Overall is perfect for me. Would love to go back there.
