"Great property with nice rooms. Plenty of options below hotel for any immediate needs. Meal ticket system for Sizzler breakfast buffet seems needlessly complicated. Enjoyed most everything about hotel other than the lounge. Lounge staff was unfriendly and service was glacially slow."

"This hotel has a really cool lobby with a nice bakery and restaurant on the main floor. The room that we was small compared to North American hotels, 18 m², so it was pretty tight in the room to open suitcases etc. and there is nowhere to put clothes. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. The best part is probably the location as it is next to a park and there is a Starbucks if you are into their coffee right across the street in the park. It’s nice to get away from the packed streets of Shinjuku. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, but there’s also a bus you can take that takes you right there that runs quite often so it is pretty convenient."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay in Japan! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Japan! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy the local restaurants, shopping, and experience everything Japan has to offer. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Japan was an incredible experience, and having a great hotel to return to after long days of exploring made the trip even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!"

"Would stay here again! Cannot beat the location at all. Yes the room walls had lots of scratches, likely due to everyone’s suitcases rubbing on the walls. However, overall room was comfortable and clean. I was on the second floor and found it to be a good experience. The beds are more on the firm side, but I prefer that. The pillows were actually very perfect and I’m a side sleeper. I loved being able to grab records from the front and play them in my room while I got ready to head out for dinner. The staff at the hotel were all helpful and they can help you in both Japanese or English. The bagels from the cafe attacked were so good! I didn’t check out the bar; but it did look very cute."

"Beautiful suite with lake view. Robes provided for onsen. Japanese style breakfast at our own table with hot pot and many courses. Convenient to rental bikes and restaurants. I highly recommend it."
