"I will give 3 stars for this property because the reception staff was very friendly and the location of this property. Regarding cleanliness not a good experience in the advert was told that will be cleaned every day but not true. We had to go and ask for it. On arrival, the bed wasn't prepared and no towels in the room so we had to go and ask."

"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. "It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. To begin with, the apartment has only one air condition for three rooms which was unacceptable considering the fact that it was 38 degrees. There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks.
